Arborstone Storage opens a new propertyin Haskell, Oklahoma

A newly built facility on US-64 opens as the company’s first ground-up development in Haskell.

Arborstone Storage has opened a self storage facility it developed and built at 7374 US-64 in Haskell, Oklahoma. Construction finished and the site opened for business on July 8, 2026.

Phase one offers climate-controlled units from 10×10 to 10×25, drive-up units from 10×10 to 10×20, and uncovered outdoor parking at 12×35. Every unit is new, the lot is fenced with gated keypad entry, and the drive-up buildings sit at ground level.

Because the site is new, every unit is available for its first tenant. Rentals are live on arborstonestorage.com, and the facility carries the same month-to-month terms, online payment and tenant protection options as the rest of the portfolio.

Haskell sits on US-64 south-east of Bixby, in the corridor where the Tulsa metro is pushing south. Climate-controlled space is the scarcer product in the rural communities along that stretch, and phase one was built to put it closer to home than Bixby or Tulsa.
