Climate control, or drive-up?

Drive-up is the cheaper, faster option and it suits most household moves. Climate control earns its premium when what you are storing does not like Oklahoma summers.

Storage FAQs

Before you rent

Do I need climate control?

If you are storing electronics, upholstered furniture, musical instruments, photographs or paper for more than a season, yes. Tools, patio furniture and sealed plastic bins do fine in a drive-up unit.

How soon can I move in?

Same day. Reserve online in about two minutes, and your gate code is active when the lease is signed.

What access hours do I get?

Gate access runs 6am to 10pm at most facilities. Extended and overnight access is available at select sites as a paid add-on. The access hours that apply to a specific facility are listed on its location page.

Is there a deposit or long-term contract?

No deposit and no contract. Leases are month to month — give ten days notice and you are done.

Can I store a boat, RV or camper?

Yes. Gated open and covered spaces run from 10x20 up to 12x45, which fits everything from a bass boat on a single-axle trailer to a Class A coach. Bring your registration and proof of insurance at move-in.

Does covered parking protect against hail and sun?

A roofed space keeps direct sun and falling hail off the roof, vents and awnings — the parts that fade, crack and leak first. It is open on the sides, so it is weather shelter rather than an enclosed garage.

What is the difference between outdoor, covered and enclosed parking?

Outdoor is a paved gated space, the cheapest option. Covered adds a roof. Enclosed is a private drive-up unit with a door you lock — the most protection, and the one to pick for long off-season layups.

How should I prep an RV or trailer for storage?

Drain the tanks, disconnect or remove the battery, top off fuel, cover the tires and leave the vents cracked. Chock the wheels once you are parked — we do not move stored vehicles.

Do you have trailer spaces I can pull through?

Most facilities have pull-through spaces so you never have to back a long trailer into a tight aisle. Which spaces are open varies by site — check the facility's page for current availability before you reserve.

Is my stored vehicle insured?

Not by us. Your own auto, boat or RV policy needs to cover it in storage, and we ask for proof at move-in. Tenant Protection covers contents in a unit, not a vehicle.
