A drive-up storage facility on SE 15th Street joins the Arborstone portfolio.
Arborstone Storage has completed the acquisition of a self storage facility at 18100 SE 15th Street in Choctaw, Oklahoma. The purchase closed on April 22, 2026, and the property now operates under the Arborstone name.
The site offers drive-up storage units ranging from 5×10 to 12.5×20, alongside uncovered vehicle parking spaces at 12×20. Every unit sits at ground level with drive-up access, and the lot is fenced with gated keypad entry.
Existing tenants keep their units and their month-to-month terms. Billing, online payment, and customer support moved onto Arborstone’s systems at closing, and the facility now carries live availability and online rental on arborstonestorage.com.
Choctaw sits about fifteen miles east of Oklahoma City along Route 62. The facility is the company’s first in the Choctaw market, and it sits within a short drive of the Arborstone properties in Shawnee and Tecumseh.
