A drive-up storage facility on Stephens Road joins the Arborstone portfolio.
Arborstone Storage has completed the acquisition of a self storage facility at 54 Stephens Road in Eufaula, Oklahoma. The purchase closed on June 10, 2026, and the property now operates under the Arborstone name.
The site offers drive-up storage units ranging from 5×10 to 12×30, alongside covered vehicle parking at 12×40 and uncovered spaces at 7×15. Every unit sits at ground level with drive-up access, and the lot is fenced with gated keypad entry.
Existing tenants keep their units and their month-to-month terms. Billing, online payment, and customer support moved onto Arborstone’s systems at closing, and the facility now carries live availability and online rental on arborstonestorage.com.
Eufaula sits on Lake Eufaula, where demand for boat and trailer storage runs alongside household moves. The Stephens Road property is the company’s third in Eufaula, joining the facilities on Highway 9 and South 4179 Road, and its covered 12×40 bays are the longest vehicle spaces of the three.
