Arborstone Storage acquires new propertyin Glenpool, Oklahoma
Arborstone Storage has acquired a drive-up self storage facility at 13600 South Union Place in Glenpool.
The property joins the company’s Oklahoma portfolio and is taking new tenants now.

A drive-up storage facility on South Union Place joins the Arborstone portfolio.
Arborstone Storage has completed the acquisition of a self storage facility at 13600 South Union Place in Glenpool, Oklahoma. The purchase closed on February 6, 2026, and the property now operates under the Arborstone name.
The site offers drive-up storage units ranging from 5×5 to 10×30, alongside uncovered vehicle parking from 10×15 to 12×30. Every unit sits at ground level with drive-up access, and the lot is fenced with gated keypad entry.
Existing tenants keep their units and their month-to-month terms. Billing, online payment, and customer support moved onto Arborstone’s systems at closing, and the facility now carries live availability and online rental on arborstonestorage.com.
Glenpool sits on the Highway 75 corridor on the south side of the Tulsa metro, minutes from the company’s Bixby facility. It carries more uncovered vehicle parking than any other Arborstone property.
