Arborstone Storage acquires new propertyin Jenks, Oklahoma
Arborstone Storage has acquired a drive-up and climate-controlled self storage facility at 511 North Elm Street in Jenks.
The property joins the company’s Oklahoma portfolio and is taking new tenants now.

A drive-up and climate-controlled facility on North Elm Street joins the Arborstone portfolio.
Arborstone Storage has completed the acquisition of a self storage facility at 511 North Elm Street in Jenks, Oklahoma. The purchase closed on September 15, 2026, and the property now operates under the Arborstone name.
The site offers drive-up storage from 5×5 to 10×20, climate-controlled units at 5×10 and 10×10, and uncovered vehicle parking at 10×20. It is the first Arborstone property in the portfolio to pair climate-controlled space with drive-up access on the same site, and the lot is fenced with gated keypad entry.
Existing tenants keep their units and their month-to-month terms. Billing, online payment, and customer support moved onto Arborstone’s systems at closing, and the facility now carries live availability and online rental on arborstonestorage.com.
Jenks sits on the Arkansas River immediately south of Tulsa and has been one of the faster-growing communities in the metro. The property on North Elm Street is the company’s first in Jenks.
