A drive-up storage facility on Maple Drive joins the Arborstone portfolio.
Arborstone Storage has completed the acquisition of a self storage facility at 42 Maple Drive in Kellyville, Oklahoma. The purchase closed on July 28, 2026, and the property now operates under the Arborstone name.
The property previously operated as EZ Storage, which is no longer in business under that name. The site offers drive-up storage units ranging from 5×10 to 10×20. Every unit sits at ground level with drive-up access, and the lot is fenced with gated keypad entry.
Existing tenants keep their units and their month-to-month terms. Billing, online payment, and customer support moved onto Arborstone’s systems at closing, and the facility now carries live availability and online rental on arborstonestorage.com.
Kellyville sits along Route 66 in Creek County, minutes from Sapulpa and roughly twenty minutes from Tulsa. The community has grown as Tulsa-area residents look for more space further out, and the facility gives Kellyville, Sapulpa and the western Creek County corridor the same booking experience and transparent pricing as the rest of the portfolio.
