Arborstone Storage has acquired a drive-up self storage facility at 6350-B South Lewis Avenue in Tulsa.
The Southern Hills property joins the company’s Oklahoma portfolio and is taking new tenants now.

A drive-up storage facility on South Lewis Avenue joins the Arborstone portfolio.
Arborstone Storage has completed the acquisition of a self storage facility at 6350-B South Lewis Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The purchase closed on January 5, 2026, and the property now operates under the Arborstone name as Tulsa Southern Hills.
The site offers drive-up storage units ranging from 5×10 to 15×20, alongside uncovered vehicle parking from 10×20 to 10×30. Every unit sits at ground level with drive-up access, and the lot is fenced with gated keypad entry.
Existing tenants keep their units and their month-to-month terms. Billing, online payment, and customer support moved onto Arborstone’s systems at closing, and the facility now carries live availability and online rental on arborstonestorage.com.
The property sits on South Lewis Avenue just below 61st Street, inside the Tulsa city limits rather than out in the suburbs, and gives the company a second address on the south side of the metro.
