Arborstone Storage welcomes their fourth propertyin the Belle Starr region near Lake Eufaula

A lakeside storage property takes on the Arborstone name without changing hands.
Eufaula Belle Starr, a drive-up storage property at 114975 South 4200 Road near Lake Eufaula, now operates under the Arborstone Storage brand. The property has not been acquired and remains independently owned. Arborstone runs it under a third-party management agreement that began on August 25, 2026.
The site offers drive-up storage from 5×10 up to 14×50, alongside uncovered vehicle parking at 10×20. Every unit sits at ground level with drive-up access, and the lot is fenced with gated keypad entry. The largest enclosed sizes are built for the boats and trailers the lake brings.
Tenants keep their units and their month-to-month terms. Billing, online payment, and customer support moved onto Arborstone’s systems at commencement, and the property now carries live availability and online rental on arborstonestorage.com.
Third-party management is a distinct line of business for Arborstone. The owner keeps the asset and the equity; Arborstone supplies the operating platform — revenue management, marketing, a staffed phone team, and monthly reporting — that a single property rarely justifies on its own. It is a partnership between owners and operators, and it works because both sides treat management as something that earns its keep rather than an overhead line.
