The Orpheum Theatre
Opened on August 23, 1920 as the 1,200-seat Cook Theatre (the original name is still lettered across the terra-cotta parapet), it became the Orpheum a year later and still hosts classic films and live performances. Find it at 210 W 7th St, about half a mile from our W 9th St location.

Creek Nation Council House
From 1878 until Oklahoma statehood, this sandstone building was the capitol of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, home to its National Council, Supreme Court and Principal Chief. A National Historic Landmark, it returned to the Nation in 2010 and reopened as a museum after a 2018 restoration.
